MFJ 1026 Noise Reduction via Phase Reversal

The MFJ-1026 is set up to use gain and phase to reduce or elininate noise or interference. It will prove effect to different degrees base on ttype of noise and depth of noise, and the types of antena's you are using to play; phase reversal. In my case I started with a simple broad sloper, then a G5RV using them as the reversal antenns. On 40 meters I used a loop then reverses the phase with a G5RV and it worked well ...You just have to think and experiment to get good rersults. or improve desired signals, before the noiseaffects sensitive receiver circuits. Unlike conventional noise blankers, the MFJ-1026 can be effective on all types of noise, including interference (QRM) from unwanted signals. The MFJ-1026 allows the user to adjust both phase and amplitude while combining two antenna inputs.

If you have a noise problem then your present antenna teamed with a external antenns on the 1026 may do tricks for you... it works and works well..
